Isla Art-A-Thon 2007-2008
The exhibit featured selected works of art created by students who participated in the 2007-2008 Isla Art-a-thon.
The exhibit included 58 works selected from over 950 students who participated in the 2007-2008 Art-a-thon. Students from elementary, middle, and high schools produced these impressive works using a variety of media including pastels, colored pencils, watercolors, acrylics, and charcoal.
2007-2008 Art-a-thon raised just over $40,000! Forty percent of the funds raised was returned to the participating schools to purchase art-related materials for the students.
This project was supported by the 暗网AV, Guam Public School System, Guam CAHA, NEA, the Office of the Governor, Cocos Island Resort, ComPacific, Fish Eye Marine Park, and Whimsy.
