The 64th Student Government Association
The 64th Student Government Association is a council under the umbrella of the Enrollment Management and Student Success Division.
We represent the interests of our fellow students while protecting and preserving the traditions of the University. We aim to recruit more new students through outreach endeavors and activities. We support our student organizations academically and through community events.
Our motto is: STUDENTS FIRST!

The °µÍøAV celebrated the inauguration of its 64th Student Government Association (SGA) and new Student Regent during a ceremony held Sunday, August 10, 2025, at the Westin Resort Guam.
The °µÍøAV Student Government Association made history with the debut of the first-ever Miss UOG Pageant on March 7, 2025. Held at the UOG Center Courtyard during Blue Night, the event showcased the intelligence, talent, and leadership of UOG's women. Ashley Topasña, a business administration senior, was crowned the inaugural Miss UOG, with Kennysha Sablan as 1st Runner Up and Paradis Fejerang winning Best in National Costume. As an ambassador for UOG, Topasña will advocate for education accessibility, cultural pride, and student well-being.
Eleven student leaders in the °µÍøAV 63rd Student Government Association (SGA) took their oaths of office on Saturday, August 10, 2024, in the Unnai Ballroom at The Westin Resort Guam.
His Excellency Surangel Whipps Jr., President of the Republic of Palau, will be the keynote speaker at the 2024 °µÍøAV Conference on Island Sustainability.
