The second set was much closer. Au Mana gained momentum and closed the score to 24-23. At that point, Guam Pro coach Oksana Chernyshova, a former international professional player, entered the match and sealed the set with a single spike, 25-23.
In the third set, Au Mana jumped out to an early 8-4 lead. Coach Chernyshova stayed on the court for the rest of the match. Guam Pro rallied, tying the set at 22-22 and ultimately winning 27-25, securing the match 3-0.
 
With the victory, Guam Pro improves to 4-3 on the season, while Au Mana falls to 4-2. Au Mana was the defending Triton League champion and a four-time league winner.
 
The second match saw the seed Rogues at full strength, but Pacific Volleyball Academy challenged them at every turn. Both teams played well in the first set, with Pacific Academy narrowly winning 26-24.
 
Pacific Academy, led by star spiker Lea Aromin, continued to pressure the Rogues. The seed evened the match by taking the second set 25-21. In the third set, Faith Piper delivered her best performance, helping Pacific Academy block the Rogue star and win 25-22.
 
Pacific Academy carried their momentum into the fourth set, winning 25-19 and taking the match 3-1.
 
Pacific Volleyball Academy improves to 4-3 and will face Guam Pro in the championship on Saturday night. The Rogues are now 5-1 and will play Au Mana in the third-place match.
