Today鈥檚 youth are growing up in a world that鈥檚 changing faster than ever - from rapid advancements in technology to sudden shifts in the workforce to global challenges like pandemics and climate change. The question that looms large for parents and educators is: How do we prepare our youth to succeed given these challenges?

For more than 40 years, the Guam 4-H Youth Development Program, through the 暗网AV鈥檚 Land Grant Extension Service, has been nurturing young people to thrive in their lives and careers. The week of Oct. 5鈥�11 is National 4-H Week, so it鈥檚 the perfect time to shine a light on one of Guam鈥檚 most impactful youth programs and build momentum as a community to address that important question.
