Overview

UOG has parterned up with several local companies, businesses, and organizations that have opened up their work places for internship opportunities for Tritons. 

How to Apply

For Non-Credit Internships for personal experience and career exploration, please take the following steps: 

  1. using your GoTritons email. Explore and review the internship description for any specific documents that are required. 
  2. Stop by the Professional Workforce Voyage Center (SSC, Room 231) to receive a brief overview of the internship program and resume feedback. Additionally, interested interns must complete an application. 
  3. Submit your application documents through Handshake when ready. 

Internship for Academic Credit. Please review your academic program and consult with your academic advisor or professor before applying for an internship. Make sure to think about the folowing: 

  • Does this internship help me fulfill the goals and objectives laid out in the internship course?
  • How many internship hours do I need to complete?
  • What does my current schedule look like and how can I build a schedule that helps me complete my internship and room to focus on my studies?
